Scale
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce

- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Spread the bang bang sauce evenly over the top of each fillet.

- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute half of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
- For added crunch, serve the salmon over a bed of shredded cabbage or lettuce.
