Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Spread the bang bang sauce evenly over the top of each fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute half of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
