Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and melted butter. Stir until well blended.
  3. Add the baking soda and salt to the banana mixture, mixing until combined.
  4. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  6. Fold in the chopped pecans gently.
