- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 8 ounces Boursin cheese (garlic and herb flavor)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, Boursin cheese, marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until the pasta is well coated.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the pasta.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added protein, mix in cooked chicken or Italian sausage before baking.
- To make it a veggie-packed dish, add sautéed spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers to the pasta mixture.
