Ingredients

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 8 ounces Boursin cheese (garlic and herb flavor)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, Boursin cheese, marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until the pasta is well coated.
  4. Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the pasta.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
