Description
A refreshing and healthy apple salad mixed with a sweet honey yogurt dressing, perfect for a light meal or side dish.
Ingredients

- 2 large apples, diced (any variety you prefer)
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, halved grapes, diced celery, chopped walnuts, and raisins. Toss gently to mix the ingredients evenly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and cinnamon (if using) until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the honey yogurt dressing over the fruit and nut mixture. Stir gently until all the ingredients are coated with the dressing.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled, garnished with extra walnuts or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
Notes
- For added crunch, substitute walnuts with pecans or slivered almonds.
- To make it a meal, add cooked chicken or turkey for extra protein.
