Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the egg whites, shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, diced green onions, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Pour the egg white mixture evenly into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
